These terms govern the use of Factoría Digital's website and its contact, quote and support forms. Please read them carefully before using it.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By browsing this site or submitting a form, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information on the site
The content is general and informational, and may change without notice. We strive to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. The services, features and figures published do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you must not:
- Submit false information or impersonate another person.
- Send spam, malicious code or unlawful content through the forms.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the site, its systems or its information.
- Interfere with the operation of the site or overload it by automated means.
- Copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without authorization.
4. Quotes and contracting
Submitting a form does not constitute a contract or oblige us to provide a service. Every quote is a proposal subject to review. The scope, prices, timelines and payment terms of each project are set out in the corresponding proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms if there are differences.
5. Technical support
The support form generates a ticket number to follow up on your case. Creating a ticket does not guarantee a specific response or resolution time, unless agreed in a contract or current service plan. The priority selected when creating it is indicative, and we review it case by case.
6. Intellectual property
The text, designs, graphics, logos and code of this site belong to Factoría Digital or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Client brands, logos and websites shown in the portfolio belong to each company and are displayed only as a reference to our work.
7. Links to third-party sites
This site includes links to client and third-party sites. We do not control their content, availability or policies, and we are not responsible for them. Portfolio screenshots show those sites at a particular moment, so they may have changed.
8. Results and warranties
The site is provided as is, and we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruptions or errors. Marketing, search ranking and sales results depend on many factors, so the published cases and figures are a reference and not a promise of results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Factoría Digital will not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the site, the inability to use it or decisions made based on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms when necessary. The current version is the one published on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any dispute will first be addressed directly and, failing that, submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
